Rainbow Precision Inc.’s warranty statement is limited to window manufactures that purchase our products for the purpose of resale.  This warranty can’t be assigned or transferred at any point in time. This warranty is void when our product has not been properly installed, worn out due to normal wear or discoloured on surfaces due to age.  Our products are manufactured to high quality standards and are tested to meet or exceed normal weather conditions; corrosion damage is not covered in our warranty, (i.e. Salt).

When a warranty claim is made Rainbow Precision will evaluate the defective parts and at our discretion with either replace or repair the component; however Rainbow Precision is not liable for the labour to replace the component in question.
